Jeffrey S. Bernstein, a graduate of UTSA and Texas Southern University Law School, he has been in practice for over 35 years with a respected legal reputation within the community. Brandt A. Bernstein is the eldest son of Jeffrey S. Bernstein and is a graduate of Sam Houston College and the University of Little Rock Law School. In 2019, he and his father opened BERNSTEIN & BERNSTEIN, PLLC Attorneys at Law. Having grown up in San Antonio Texas, Brandt A. Bernstein returned to his hometown to begin his own law practice. Bernstein continued in the family legal tradition and has also focused on wills, probate, pre-nuptial agreements, and minor adoptions. As a child, Brandt A. Bernstein watched his father in a courtroom and saw him utilize his skill with nothing more than a yellow note pad. Today, Brandt A. Bernstein continues to grow the practice for a more modern generation, and he utilizes various forms of technology and social media outlets to do just that. While he may embrace a more modern-day technology approach, Brandt A. Bernstein is still respectful on the Bernstein Family Tradition. He too, is a man of integrity. Having already participated in several hearings, mediations, and jury trials, Brandt A.
